   Use this form to submit for a Printed Circuit Design / Layout quote. If at all possible please submit your schematic in either HPGL, DXF, DWG, or PDF format. A BOM and Netlist in MS Word, MS Excel or an ASCII text file. Please attach these in a separate
e-mail, and check the appropriate box on the quote form.

Deliverables:

Completed projects are delivered in three files: Fabrication, Assembly, and Database.

  • Fabrication.zip– This archive holds all the files necessary to fabricate the PCB, including the gerber files, drill data, fabrication drawing(s), and any other requested data.
  • Assembly – This archive holds all the files necessary to assemble the PCB, including the assembly drawing, solder paste masks, Component X/Y files, test data information, and any other requested data.
  • Database.zip– This archive holds all the files created by the CAD system to complete the design.

Please treat all these archives as corporate assets, and store them as carefully as any other important files or documents
