What We Deliver

Completed projects are delivered in three compressed files: Fabrication, Assembly, and Database.

• Fabrication.zip– This file contains all the data necessary to fabricate the printed circuit board. Included are the gerber files, CNC drill data, fabrication drawing(s), and the IPC-D-356 netlist.
• Assembly.zip – This file contains all the data necessary to populate the bare printed circuit board. Included is the assembly drawing, solder pastes, component X/Y location data and ICT data.
• Database.zip– This file contains any database source file required by the CAD system to complete the design.

Please treat all these compressed files as corporate assets, and store them as carefully as any other important files or documents. CDC maintains archives of all data generate during the design process.
