Printed Circuit Board
layout:
With
a broad range of exposure to various technologies, we're confident that
we can help you meet your goals. Multi-layer digital and analog as well
as impedance control and high speed designs are examples of the types
of technologies addressed on a daily basis.
Items
required for a quick quote:
-
Bill
of Materials.
- Schematic.
- Mechanical
considerations:
-
connector placement
- board
size
- Special
routing information.
- Proposed
layer
count.
-
Board name and number.
Schematic capture:
All
designs must start with an accurate schematic. Let us handle the details
with our fully integrated schematic capture software.
Film / Artwork Conversion:
We can convert films, hand-taped artwork, paper drawings or the actual
PCB into a database from which gerber files, CNC
drill files, and other important data can be generated.
Some benefits of converting your films:
Required Information for Quote:
- Original artwork films, hand-taped artwork, copies of artwork or
the actual unpopulated circuit board..
- Desired delivery.
AutoRouter Services:
We
use the state-of-the-art Specctra CCT and Blaze router which includes the "Fast"
option for differential pairs and other high speed design rules. Unlimited
layer capability.
Reverse Engineering:
Complete
conversion of gerber data to an intelligent database. Not currently
using our design software? No problem, just send your "dumb" gerber
data and we'll convert it into a PADS Power PCB Database. We'll run
DRC's, and output virtually any report .
On-Site:
Short
and long term contracts available for on-site design services. We'll
provide the designer, computer and the software to help meet your companies
goals.
Manufacturing & Assembly:
Let
us provide the complete package from design through assembly. We work
closely with select vendors in both manufacturing and assembly to ensure
a quality product!
What We Deliver:
|
Completed projects are delivered in three archived files: Fabrication,
Assembly, and Database.
- Fabrication.zip This archive holds all the files necessary
to fabricate the PCB, including the gerber files, CNC drill data,
fabrication drawing(s), and IPC-D-356 netlist.
- Assembly This archive holds all the files necessary to
assemble the PCB, including the assembly drawing, solder paste
masks, component X/Y files and in circuit test data.
- Database.zip This archive holds all the files created
by the CAD system to complete the design.
Please treat all these archives as corporate assets,
and store them as carefully as any other important files or documents.
